A Calendar of Impact: Unveiling Key Events
The year unfolded as a tapestry of pivotal moments and engagements. January commenced with our Roundtables countries webinar, fostering insightful discussions on MPNs across nations. February marked our participation in Rare Disease Day, amplifying awareness and advocacy for MPN research and support. March brought the Young Adults, Pediatrics and Pregnant webinar, addressing the unique challenges faced by young patients with MPNs.
May witnessed compelling talks with PV patients, providing invaluable insights into their experiences and perspectives. June marked our engagement at the European Hematology Association (EHA), furthering our commitment to advancements in MPN research. August shone a spotlight on an illuminating interview with Dr. Fabian Sanabria, imparting significant insights into Clinical Trials.
September was a vibrant month, adorned with the Wall of Hope, the 3rd MPN Spring Symposium, and the impactful MPN Breakfast 2023, fostering connections and sharing knowledge. Continuing with September we extended our impact at the European Health Forum Gastein and through enlightening video series by Ruben Mesa and Prof. Dominik Wolf. November culminated in MF Day and MDS/MPN Overlap webinars, emphasizing our dedication to education and awareness. And, December is important due to Peter’s assistance at the ASH 2023 in San Diego and all the important news related to MPNs!
As we embrace a new year, Global MPN Scientific Foundation looks ahead to a 2024 brimming with opportunities for new moments, deeper research, and enhanced awareness. And, we look forward to continuing bringing together the 3P’s: Patients, Physicians and Pharmaceutical Industries.
