Featured speakers

  • Rafael Bejar, MD, PhD

    Professor of Clinical Medicine at the UC San Diego Moores Cancer Center and Director of the MDS Center of Excellence. Dr. Bejar combines patient care with laboratory research on the clinical impact of genetic mutations and epigenetic alterations in MDS. He also serves as Chief Medical Officer at Aptose Biosciences and is involved in several international MDS committees and advisory boards.


  • Marina Kremyanskaya, MD, PhD

    Associate Professor of Medicine, Hematology and Medical Oncology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Her clinical focus includes MPN, AML, MDS, CML and other myeloid malignancies. Dr. Kremyanskaya is actively involved in clinical trials, leading the development of novel therapies and working within a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.


  • They will be joined by Peter Löffelhardt, Founder and CEO of the Global MPN Scientific Foundation, who will briefly introduce the foundation and its work supporting the global MPN community.
