Writing as a tool for wellbeing

In this online workshop, Puy offers a safe and inclusive space to write, listen, share and connect. Writing becomes a way to process emotions, understand yourself better and reconnect with your inner strength.

This is not about writing skills. It is about writing for yourself, it's about REGAINING YOUR STRENGHT.

A holistic wellbeing experience

The writing workshop is part of a broader wellbeing program that includes writing, Qigong, yoga and mindfulness, all designed to support emotional and mental wellbeing.

As a small thank-you, participants who complete each session of the writing workshop will receive a wellbeing gift to choose from, such as a mug, a writing notebook to continue practicing and reflecting on the course, or a tote bag from the Wellbeing Project.
