Free trial classes throughout May – open to MPN patients and caregivers
This May, we’re opening a unique wellness space: free Qigong sessions designed to activate and balance your energy through gentle movement, conscious breathing, and inner connection. These online sessions are open especially for those living with Myeloproliferative Neoplasms (MPN)—and will be guided by Jorgina Pequera, an experienced instructor in energetic practices and conscious well-being.

Content Guide
What is Qigong?
Qigong (also spelled Qigong) is an ancient Chinese practice that combines three essential elements:
Gentle, flowing movements
Conscious breathing
Mindful awareness and energy focus
Its main purpose is to improve the flow of "Qi" (vital energy) throughout the body, helping you cultivate health, balance, and clarity. It’s accessible to all—regardless of age, physical condition, or health background.
Why is Qigong especially helpful for MPN patients?
People living with Myeloproliferative Neoplasms (MPNs) often face symptoms like fatigue, poor circulation, muscle stiffness, and anxiety. Qigong is not a replacement for medical treatment, but it offers a powerful complementary practice to improve quality of life:
Enhances blood and energy circulation
Reduces chronic fatigue and physical tension
Strengthens the immune system
Improves mobility and balance
Supports emotional regulation and calm
Decreases stress and mental overwhelm

This offering is born from our commitment to holistic well-being. For MPN patients and caregivers alike, Qigong can be a gateway to reconnection, resilience, and more present living.
These sessions are part of a broader mission to support emotional and physical balance for the MPN community.
Come as you are—we look forward to seeing you there.
