Whole wheat macaroni with vegetables and chicken


It will always be better to buy fresh vegetables and prepare them ourselves, but when time is short, this is a very good option to eat healthily and avoid fast food.


INGREDIENTS



  • Wholemeal macaroni (60g dry weight)

  • Chicken breast

  • Frozen vegetable stir-fry (green beans, broccoli, red pepper, mushrooms and onion)

  • EVOO

  • Spiced salt


ELABORATION


  1. Put the water on to boil for the pasta.

  2. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and add the frozen vegetables.

  3. With the water boiling, cook the pasta for 10 minutes.

  4. When we see the stir-fry cooked, we add the chicken strips.

  5. Season with salt and pepper and cook over high heat, stirring constantly.

  6. Drain the pasta, add it to the stir-fry and that's it.
