Yogurt with fruit and chia pudding


INGREDIENTS


  • Skimmed goat yogurt

  • Peach

  • Raspberries

  • Chia pudding or fake rice pudding

    • Why fake rice pudding?

      Basically because it doesn't contain either of those things, and preparing it is even easier:

      • Pour almond or hazelnut milk into a bowl. Warm it briefly in the microwave.

      • We add ground cinnamon and stevia until it reaches our desired sweetness.

      • We add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, stir, let it sit for 2 hours and that's it!
