Mackerel with julienned vegetables and mushrooms


INGREDIENTS


  • 4 mackerel

  • 250g of julienned vegetables (carrot, celery, onion, leek, garlic and tomato)

  • 250g of mixed mushrooms

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • EVOO


ELABORATION

  1. We cut the mackerel in half and remove the bones.

  2. In a saucepan, add two tablespoons of oil and sauté the vegetables over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, then reduce the heat and let them cook.

  3. In the same saucepan, we repeat the process with the mushrooms.

  4. Then we mix everything together to blend the flavors and season with salt and pepper.

  5. Finally, add the mackerel fillets, cover, and turn off the heat.

  6. Let it rest for 5 minutes and it's ready to serve.
