Broad beans with green beans

INGREDIENTS
Cooked broad beans
Tender beans
Potato (1 small)
Sweet onion
Sweet paprika
EVOO
A pinch of iodized salt
ELABORATION
Wash, trim the ends and chop the green beans.
Wash, peel and chop the potato.
Put everything together and bring to a boil.
Meanwhile, peel and julienne the onion.
Put a little oil in a frying pan and brown the onion.
Rinse the cooked broad beans well.
Once the beans and potatoes are cooked, drain well.
When the onion is golden brown, add all the ingredients to sauté briefly along with sweet paprika and a pinch of salt.
