Broad beans with green beans



INGREDIENTS


  • Cooked broad beans

  • Tender beans

  • Potato (1 small)

  • Sweet onion

  • Sweet paprika

  • EVOO

  • A pinch of iodized salt


ELABORATION

  • Wash, trim the ends and chop the green beans.

  • Wash, peel and chop the potato.

  • Put everything together and bring to a boil.

  • Meanwhile, peel and julienne the onion.

  • Put a little oil in a frying pan and brown the onion.

  • Rinse the cooked broad beans well.

  • Once the beans and potatoes are cooked, drain well.

  • When the onion is golden brown, add all the ingredients to sauté briefly along with sweet paprika and a pinch of salt.
