Black rice with vegetables

INGREDIENTS
Black rice (120g cooked)
Snow peas or green beans
Black sesame sprouts
Broccoli
Chive
Olive oil
Parsley
Garlic
ELABORATION
First, put water on the stove and when it starts to boil, add the rice.
The cooking time is 45 to 55 minutes, the ratio is 1-3, that is, 1 cup of rice to 3 cups of water.
Meanwhile, we start boiling water in another pot.
We trim the ends off the snow peas and cut them into thinner strips.
We open the broccoli, remove the stems and separate the "brindles".
We add the beans and broccoli to the boil at the last minute so that it becomes crunchier.
You can use the remaining boiled vegetables for another dish or add more to this one.
We drain everything that has been boiled.
We chop parsley and garlic with the oil.
We plate it and pour the previous mixture, the chopped chives and the black sesame sprouts over it.
Note: If garlic is difficult for us to digest, we can blanch it beforehand.
