Homemade ramen


INGREDIENTS


  • Buckwheat noodles

  • Chopped chicken

  • Egg

  • Chinese cabbage

  • Ginger

  • Garlic

  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • Soy sauce (low salt)

  • Cilantro


ELABORATION


  1. Put oil in a pot and brown the chopped garlic and ginger (both previously peeled).

  2. When the garlic is golden brown, add the chopped chicken to seal it, along with a little soy sauce.

  3. Remove the chicken before it is fully cooked.

  4. Add the water and when it boils add a few hours of Chinese cabbage or some other vegetable that we like.

  5. Meanwhile, cook the noodles in another pot along with a whole egg so that it becomes "hard".

  6. Add the chicken back to the original pot so that the flavors come together and the noodles are ultimately cooked.

  7. Serve with the hard-boiled egg cut in half and a few cilantro leaves on top.
