Cabbage with chickpeas, garlic and a touch of vinegar

INGREDIENTS
Cabbage
Chickpeas
Garlic
Vinegar
EVOO
ELABORATION
Boil the cabbage for about 10 minutes and drain the water well.
Rinse and drain the chickpeas well (if they are from a can).
Slice some garlic and brown it in a pan with a little oil.
Pour a splash of vinegar over the oil.
Next, add the cabbage and the chickpeas, both drained.
Sauté everything together and serve piping hot.
