Cabbage with chickpeas, garlic and a touch of vinegar


INGREDIENTS


  • Cabbage

  • Chickpeas

  • Garlic

  • Vinegar

  • EVOO


ELABORATION

  • Boil the cabbage for about 10 minutes and drain the water well.

  • Rinse and drain the chickpeas well (if they are from a can).

  • Slice some garlic and brown it in a pan with a little oil.

  • Pour a splash of vinegar over the oil.

  • Next, add the cabbage and the chickpeas, both drained.

  • Sauté everything together and serve piping hot.
