The first session of "Regain Your Strength" will take place on Thursday, January 30th at 18:00 (CET) via Zoom. This empowering virtual meeting is designed to help individuals living with MPNs regain their strength through creative expression. In this session, we will focus on the first stage post-diagnosis and engage in automatic writing as a therapeutic tool.

About Puy Barral

Puy Barral worked as a general dentist and pediatric dentist for 15 years, treating over a thousand patients during that time. Through this experience, she developed a deep understanding of human connection, active listening, and a passion for service and well-being. In 2017, after being diagnosed with Essential Thrombocythemia, she was inspired to reinvent herself. Since then, she has explored new forms of expression through writing and voice.


Puy completed a Master’s degree in Mindfulness and a Facilitator Training for Women's Circles at the Transpersonal School (2018-2020). She conducts creative writing and performance poetry workshops in various settings such as cultural centers, museums, and associations.
