At the Global MPN Scientific Foundation, we believe in the power of connection. That’s why we created the MPN Wall of Hope, a global awareness campaign built through a simple but powerful hashtag: #buildhopeMPN.

On this World Hashtag Day, we want to introduce you to Montse, a strong and inspiring woman from Spain who is now part of this project.

A Story of Courage

Montse was diagnosed with Myelofibrosis (MF) two years ago. Just recently, she received a stem cell transplant, a major milestone in her journey with MPN.

Supported by the incredible MPN España community, Montse is not alone. And soon, she’ll begin sharing her own story through short video capsules where she opens up about her transplant, hospital experience, and life before and after the transplant.
