Feeling exhausted with MPN? Take care of yourself today

A unique opportunity to improve how we live with MPN

Living with a Myeloproliferative Neoplasm (MPN) is not just about medical treatment. It’s also about finding ways to care for your energy, your body, your mind, and your daily wellbeing. That’s why we created the Wellbeing Project, a dedicated space for people with MPNs to explore practices that support quality of life from a holistic perspective.

For the first time, we are opening access with 7 free days of unlimited classes and workshops. It’s a safe opportunity to discover new tools that may help you feel better, manage symptoms, and connect with others who understand your journey.

What is the Wellbeing Project?

This initiative, led by the Global MPN Scientific Foundation, offers live online classes, therapeutic workshops, and guided practices designed specifically for people living with MPNs and their family members.

These practices are not intended to replace medical treatment, but to complement it, offering relief for fatigue, anxiety, pain, insomnia or emotional overwhelm, day by day, moment by moment.

What can I access?

  • Yoga adapted to MPN

  • Chi Kung (Qigong), focused on breath, energy and balance

  • Pelvic floor and gentle mobility classes, improving posture and circulation

  • Guided meditations to reduce stress and improve sleep

  • Writing therapy workshops, only for MPN patients, in small, supportive groups

  • And much more is coming!

What patients and familiars are saying

Paloma, living with Essential Thrombocythemia (ET): “Since I was diagnosed, my main problem has been intense fatigue. This initiative seems very interesting as a complement to my regular treatment. For the past few months, I’ve been joining the Chi Kung classes with Jorgina and I’m truly delighted. Most of the time I manage the sessions well, although some days I feel very tired. But afterwards, I notice a significant improvement in my energy, and I’m always looking forward to the next class. Jorgina is wonderful and a great professional. Each class is different, but she always reminds us of the movements and breathing techniques to help us learn and integrate them. Wellbeing is a great opportunity to improve our health and our way of living with MPN. I’m really grateful for the initiative and I encourage everyone to take part”.
Leonor, living with Myelofibrosis (previously ET, and reduced mobility): “My name is Leonor, I’m 66 years old and I’ve been living with an MPN since 2010. It started as ET and progressed to myelofibrosis. For a long time, I searched online for support groups or people in a similar situation to mine. Fortunately, I found this foundation. Thanks to the seminars, roundtables and activities, I’ve stayed active, motivated, and met people who are truly inspiring and have given me hope.A few months ago, we were offered the chance to take part in Chi Kung sessions adapted to our needs and abilities. I already knew this practice and its physical and emotional benefits. But what Jorgina, our teacher, offers us is much more than that. I’m learning to feel my body again, exploring every corner, filling it with the energy of the earth and the sky. After each session, I feel comforted and stronger.I encourage everyone to take advantage of this opportunity that the new Wellbeing Project gives us”.
